Dream big, plan bold is the message for Davidson County youths who will participate in a upcoming Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. holiday event.
Save Our Babies and Anything For Our Youth Group have teamed up to host an inspiring Vision Board Party on Jan. 18 in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy. From 4-7 p.m. at Arts Davidson County, youth will turn their dreams into visual goals in a creative, empowering space designed to spark confidence, motivation, and purpose.
Anything For Our Youth Group plans events during the Dr. King holiday annually that engage young people in meaningful ways and help them connect Dr. King’s message to their own lives.
Our youth Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday workshop and Arts education program is supported by North Carolina Arts Council Grassroots Arts Program (GAP). Arts Davidson County serves as the North Carolina Arts Council’s partner in awarding subgrants to local organizations for arts programs in Davidson County.
